Cost for a whole hog is $3/lb of hanging weight. $50 deposit due at time of placing order and remaining balance due at pick up (total is usually about $600). Contact us if you would like to determine an exact turn-around time for your order.
A whole hog has a hanging weight of about 170-200 lbs. Cuts include roughly 40 pork chops, pork steaks or pork roasts, 2 packs of spare ribs, 2 packs of neck bones, sausage ground or in coils, two 10-12# hams and/or ham steaks, 16# of bacon. Optional heart, liver, tongue and hocks. If there is a specific cut you do not want, it can be ground into sausage. We will contact you to review these specific cuts to ensure you get exactly what you want.
